I’m bringing you my take on a modern boho chic living room – think lots of colours (brown, yellow, blue and a hint of black for moodiness), ethnic patterns, mix of textures and natural elements. Now some of you may think – “does modern and bohemian really sit well together”? Well, the answer is YES! When you think of boho chic, think of a mix of old, unique (maybe vintage) pieces layered with new and modern furnishings.

This modern mix of 2 different styles is a conversation starter in itself! You can have a modern couch with clean lines and throw on some old vintage throw pillows (think kilim, sabra cactus) on top to get a modern, yet thoughtfully curated overall look. Same goes with accent pieces, like this chair and tv unit with a more bohemian cane/rattan door front.
