BIODERMA Sensibio H2O Micellar Water | How It Changed My Life!

BIODERMA Sensibio H2O Micellar Water | Review

Hello lovely people!

I hope you’re all having a fantastic week 🙂

Recently I added the Bioderma Sensibio H2O into my skincare routine and it has changed my life! So I thought I’d talk a little about it today.

Micellar Water has been around for quite a while now, but I never thought of trying it out because they were not easily accessible in India. However, it has made it’s way to online stores, so I ordered myself one.

For those who don’t know what Micellar Water is or how to use it, keep on reading!

What is Micellar Water?

Micellar water is basically microscopic oil spheres floating in the water. You simply pour some into a cotton ball and swipe it all over your face. The cleansing agents in the micellar water dissolve impurities and makeup as it comes in contact with your skin, gently removing all makeup, dirt and grime off of your face, without stripping your skin.

What is Micellar Water Used For?

Primarily removing makeup, but I use it as a first cleanse for my skin every day.

Do You Need to Use Water with Bioderma Sensibio H2O?

No! Micellar water is to be used by itself. All you will need is a cotton pad or ball. There is no need to rinse your face after using micellar water. Simply follow up with your usual skincare routine!

Can be used Morning and/or evening – 7 days a week

Soak a cotton pad with Sensibio H2O.

Gently cleanse and/or remove make-up from your face and eyes.

Re-apply until the cotton pad becomes clean.

Lightly dab your face with a clean cotton towel.

How I Use Bioderma Sensibio H2O

As I mentioned in the beginning of this post, Bioderma H2O is a part of my daily skincare routine now. I douse a cotton pad with this micellar water and sweep it all over my face to remove any oil, grime or makeup that could be leftover from the night before. This is the first cleanse for my skin. I follow this up with stage two – washing my face with a gentle face wash and then apply serums, eye cream and moisturisers on my skin.

On days when I’m wearing makeup, once again Bioderma H2O is my first cleanse, followed up by a second cleanse using a gentle exfoliating face wash and my moisturizing products.

My Experience with Bioderma Sensibio H2O

My skin has changed ever skin I’ve started using this product. My acne is under control and my skin feels more hydrated, soothed, cleaner and smoother. It melts makeup right off and really cleans the pores to ensure that your skin is thoroughly cleansed. What I also love about Bioderma H2O is that it’s so gentle on the eyes. It never stings or irritates my eyes when I’m removing makeup. Waterproof mascara glides right off and that means that I’m gentle on my eyelashes too!
