1. Aloe Vera + Lemon Juice
- Mix 1 tablespoon fresh Aloe vera juice in a glass of water
- Squeeze a fresh lemon into this water + aloe juice mixture and stir well.
- Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning every day.
- You can also add stevia to the mixture if you wish to neutralise the bitter taste.
2. Aloe Vera + Honey
Honey and Aloe are both known to be good for losing weight, so adding them together makes a lot of sense when trying to lose the extra flab.
- Mix 1 tablespoon aloe juice in a glass of water
- Add in a tablespoon of honey and stir well.
The addition of honey will sweeten the drink and so you will not need any additional artificial sweetener in this drink.
This is a great pre-workout drink and you will notice how it raises your energy levels.
3. Aloe + Fruits/Vegetables
What better way to make sure you are getting your daily dose of fresh fruits and vegetables?! You can easily consume aloe vera juice by mixing it in with your favourite fruits and/or veggies. All you have to do is mix half a glass of fresh aloe juice into your preferred vegetable or fruit juice and mix well. This concoction is the tastiest one, especially if you are just starting out with aloe vera juice, simply because mixing the juices helps to balance the texture and taste of aloe vera.
One thing to remember when consuming aloe vera juice is that you should not eat anything for at least an hour after you have consumed the juice. This is because your body needs time to cleanse and remove toxins from your system efficiently.
You can also store the aloe vera juice in the refrigerator for later use and consume a few teaspoons every day.
